Baroque Masterworks: Vivaldi, Händel & Quantz
The Berlin Residence Concerts will take you on a journey through the fascinating musical panorama of the European Baroque. The English masters Handel and Avison combine with the elegant works Johann Joachim Quantz, the flute teacher of Frederick the Great. The German composer Johann Adolph Hasse, famous for his Italian-style opera, meets the Europe-wide successful Venetian Atonio Vivaldi. A Prussian-European concert experience awaits you in the royal ambience of the Great Orangery.
Dinner fit for a King in majestic ambiance
After a welcome by the Prussian Master of Ceremonies, guests can expect a thematically coordinated menu at the optional gala dinner for the concert. A three-course meal from the kitchen of the Berlin Marriott Hotel enchants the palate with selected delicacies and regional, seasonal ingredients.
